UNITED DIFFUSER COMPLEX PRISM SHEET AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF

A complex prism sheet integrated with a diffusion unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the inflow of a foreign material in the valley of the prism shape by forming a prism shape inside the prism sheet and coupling a diffusion layer and a protection layer in the prism sheet. A prism sheet for a backlight unit is comprised of a lower layer(120), a middle layer(130), an upper layer(150), and an air layer(170). The middle layer is stacked in the upper side of the lower layer and a plurality of column prisms are formed in parallel. The upper layer is stacked in the upper side of the middle layer and a light diffusing structure is formed in the upper side. The lower layer, the middle layer and the upper layer are formed as one body. A plurality of hemispherical projections are formed in the lower layer to diffuse the light. The column prisms are formed in the upper side of the lower layer in parallel. A plurality of diffusing units are formed in the incline of the prism.
