Glass fiber and the resin composition are coated on the top of the coated film by spreading the glass fiber and, at the same time, injecting the resin composition between the glass fiber sprayer and the film. Another film coated with the resin composition is laminated on the glass fiber coated film. The laminated film is compressed.
