<p>An organic light emitting device and a display device are provided to reduce viewing angle dependence of a light emitting characteristic by differently forming the length of optical paths in a first region and a second region. An organic light emitting device includes a first electrode(22), a light emitting layer(24), and a second electrode(28). The first electrode, the light emitting layer and the second electrode are successively formed on a substrate(20). The first reflector is positioned in the side of the first electrode based on the light emitting layer. The second reflector is positioned in the side of the second electrode based on the light-emitting layer. The optical path between the first reflector and the second reflector is set to resonate the light from the light emitting layer. The organic light emitting device includes a first region and a second region. The first region has a relatively short optical path. The second region has a relatively long optical path.</p> |
