A remote controller holder for instruments in a vehicle and a holder set including the same are provided to hold remote controllers of different sizes for the instruments and to hold a remote controller and a touch pen at the same time. A remote controller holder for instruments in a vehicle comprises an insert and joint part(11) and a remote controller holding unit(12). The insert and joint part is inserted in a joint hole formed on a shading unit of a vehicle instrument. The emote controller holding unit secures a holding space for insertion of a remote controller and is elastically bent to receive remote controllers of various sizes.
