A sampling device for drilling is provided to prevent loss of sample and disturbance of sample by the rotation of bit, thereby obtaining sample of good quality. A sampling device for drilling comprises a bit(10) in which a cutting blade(11) is formed on the bottom, a threaded part(12) screwed with an outer pipe is formed on the top, and a protrusion holding a lifter case is formed inside, the lifter case(20) which is mounted inside the bit and in which a threaded part screwed to an inner pipe is formed inside, a lifter(30) which is mounted inside the lifter case and in which a cutout part and a threaded part are formed, and a sampling pipe which is mounted on the top of the lifter and consists of two semi-cylinders to pull out a sample as the original shape.
