PRODUCTION METHOD OF HUMAN BMPS BY USING BACILLUS SUBTILIS

A method for producing a human BMPs (bone morphogenic proteins) using a Bacillus subtilis is provided to ensure stability and safety, reduce the production cost and use for treating damage of cartilage and injury. A method for producing BMP (bone morphogenetic protein) using a Bacillus subtilis comprises: a step of producing a recombinant polynucleotide which codes human bone morphogenetic protein; a step of inserting the recombinant polynucleotide into a vector for expressing Bacillus subtilis to prepare a recombinant vector; a step of transforming the Bacillus subtilis with the recombinant vector; and a step of producing bone morphogenetic protein from the Bacillus subtilis.
