METAL IMPLANT FOR MOUNTING PLASTIC PACKAGED DC BRUSHLESS-MOTOR AND ITS PRODUCING METHOD

A metal implant member for a plastic packaging DC brushless motor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve usability of the material by recuing the waste of the material in a punching step. A metal implant member includes a band hoop and four mounting flanges(2). The band hoop is formed by connecting both ends of the metal band after winding the metal band with a circle shape. A locking hook(11) is formed in one end of the metal band. A fixing groove(12) is formed in the other side of the metal band. The locking hook is inserted to the fixing groove. The shape of the locking hook corresponds to the shape of the fixing groove. The mounting flange is formed in an end of the band hoop. Three mounting holes(21) are formed in the mounting flange. One of three mounting holes is a semicircular hole with a notch. Two mounting holes are long circular holes.
