A fuel filler door assembly for a vehicle is provided to prevent visual defect due to outer exposure of a tether generated in closing a fuel filler door by adding an anti-rotation unit on the fuel filler door. A fuel filler door assembly for a vehicle comprises a fuel filler door(1), and a tether mounting part(10) and an anti-rotation unit. The fuel filler door is coupled on the housing by a medium of a hinge(20). The tether mounting part is formed at the inner side of the fuel filler door. The anti-rotation unit is formed around the tether mounting part. The anti-rotation unit limits the rotation angle of the tether to prevent the tether being sandwiched in the hinge. The anti-rotation unit is an anti-rotation wall(60) integrally molded with the tether mounting part. The anti-rotation unit is an anti-rotation wall which adheres to the tether mounting part.
