An installation structure of a prefabricated roof panel is able to being simply installed on a building of which the roof is not installed or the existing roof and to improve external beauty after installation. An installation structure of a prefabricated roof panel comprises a roof panel(100) which functions as a roof, wherein a plurality of ridges(110) are formed and connection members(120) are formed at the height of the ridge and connection members are coupled with each other, a connection unit(200) which is anchored on top of a support bolt(B) fastened on top of building and connects and supports the roof panel, a ridge supporter(300) which is anchored on top of the support bolt fastened on top of the building and supports the ridge of the roof panel, a cap device(400) which is installed on top of the roof panel in order to be anchored in the connection unit and covers the connection members connected to each other by bolting, and an insulating material(500) which is installed on the bottom of the roof panel and secures adiabatic function of the roof.
