LOCAL TRANSFORMATION PREVENTION STRUCTURE STEEL PIPE STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING THE SAME

A construction method of a steel pipe structure using a partial deformation preventive structure is provided to disperse and release the shear force generated in the welded spot by the compressive or tensile force generated by the sectional deformation of the main steel pipe and to prevent partial sectional deformation of the main steel pipe generated in the connection part of the steel pipe structure. A construction method of a steel pipe structure using a partial deformation preventive structure is as follows. A groove which is sized for housing the connection steel pipe is formed in the part wherein a connection steel pipe is coupled with the main arched steel pipe. Through the end of the main steel pipe, a partial deformation preventive structure(30) which is fabricated corresponding to the shape of the main steel pipe is inserted and is installed at a certain length. The inserted outer circumferential surface of a socket steel pipe(45) of the partial deformation preventive structure is welded with the inner wall of the main steel pipe. In the joint between the main steel pipe and connection steel pipe, the center of the partial deformation preventive structure is placed. A weld section welding the interval between the groove and the inserted connection steel pipe is formed within the groove of the main steel pipe. For installing the steel pipe structure, the joint interconnecting between the steel pipes is formed using the steel pipe.
