A saving wallet is provided, which establishes the sound consumption habit formation through the repetitive education of the event-driven mode. A saving wallet includes a sound recording/reproducing module in which an ultra thin sound recording/reproduction chip is built. The sound recording/reproducing module induces proper expense by producing voice message recommending the saving sentence of less than about 5 seconds when a user tries to open the wallet and pay money. The sound recording/reproducing module can record voice of parent, friend, and boyfriend/girlfriend except basic voice.
