A snow removal device for traffic safety is provided to prevent the road from freezing without special management by blowing hot air from a median strip of the road. A snow removal device for traffic safety comprises a heater(20) installed in an installation space(11) prepared on the lower part of a median strip(10) on a road, a water supply pipe(21) which is connected to one side of the heater and supplies water to the inside of the heater, a hot air discharge pipe which is laid under the road to the certain depth and is connected to the other side of the heat to supply hot air toward the road, and a hot air blowing rod(30) which is connected to a connection pipe which is drawn out from the hot air discharge pipe and installed on the road.
