A grinding tool is provided to remove the restriction in grinding tip shape and welding position by not forming female thread on the grinding plate shank. A grinding tool(20) comprises a grinding plate(21) and a plate holder(22) in which the grinding plate is combined. The grinding plate is composed of a grinding tip(202) and a shank(201) in which the grinding to is fixed. A male joint(211) is formed on the side of the shank opposite the side in which the grinding tip is installed. The plate holder has a female joint(221) receiving the male joint to connect the grinding plate to the plate holder.
