A slope floor construction method for golf exercise field and a construction structure are provided, in which a standardized support leg is installed at the planarized floor side at the constant interval. A slope floor construction method for golf exercise field comprises: a floor planarization step which evenly flattens the floor side of the floor installation space; a step for compensating the height of the support leg and installing the support leg on the planarized floor side at the installation position of the constant interval; and a floor installation step for fixing the floor to the top of the support leg to incline from the front to the rear.
