A system for providing contents for blind people is provided to output the contents according to the unique information stored in an RF contents card with voice in case a reader is located close to the RF contents card. An RF(Radio Frequency) contents card(200) stores the identity information about the target contents with the mapping. In the outside surface of the RF contents card, the braille character formation area in which the information about the contents is protruded to the braille type is located. The identity information of the RF contents card is recognized clearly. A reader(400) outputs the contents corresponding to the identity information. In the RF contents card, the antenna coil is formed which winding several times along with the outer girth. The integrated circuit is connected to the antenna coil. |
