A centrifugal compressor is provided to reduce the vibration exciting force when all support stands are arranged to the vibration exciting force at regular intervals and to suppress vibration exciting force component of the frequency. A centrifugal compressor comprises a fixed housing(7), and an impeller(8). An entrance flow path is formed at the fixed housing. The entrance flow path is bigger than the diameter of inlet port of the impeller. A plurality of blades(8a) facing to the radius direction outward is formed in the impeller. Each blade comprises a leading edge, a trailing edge, and an outer tip. A plurality of slots is formed between annular rings(2) of inlet path of the housing. A plurality of slots is arranged to concentric columnar direction with a rotary shaft of the impeller. The annular rings are supported with four or more support stands. |
