A polyhedral packing box with curling and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the strength and appearance of opening of the cover and body by forming curling on the top and bottom of the side plate. A manufacturing method of polyhedral packing box with curling is as follows. A flat sheet is cut into a planar shape of the polyhedral packing box(S1). A side plate is cut to prevent interference when bending a bending line in which curling is made(S2). The top and bottom of the cut side plate are curled by a curling machine of linear type(S3). The curled side plate is curved and assembled along to the bending line(S4). An adhesive is coated on the curled portion and the curled portion is integrated on the assembled side plate(S5).
