A remodeling method for an apartment house is provided to remodel the apartment house with the minimum cost because the existing balcony is extended and the floor space index is increased. A remodeling method for an apartment house comprises a step for establishing newly the concrete foundation(10) in the outer public green area(2) of the apartment house(1), a step for setting up a base structure(20) in the outside of the existing balcony(3), a step for forming a wall of a new balcony(30) by casting the concrete in the perpendicularly connected base structure, a step for forming a concrete slab layer which is used for the floor of each class new balcony by installing the base steel plate in the horizontally connected base structure and casting the concrete on the base steel plate, and removing the existing window frame(4) installed at the existing balcony, a step for forming the base concrete layer by casting the concrete in the existing balcony wherefrom the existing window frame is removed, a step for building a heating facility by embedding the electric wire coil in the base concrete layer which is separated from the existing heating piping, a step for finishing the interior by papering and painting the base concrete layer of the existing balcony, concrete slab layer of the new balcony and wall, and a step for newly establishing the public green area on the rooftop.
