A generator and a wind power generation system including the same are provided to increase the radius of rotor and to enable efficient power generation even when the rotor rotates slowly. A generator comprises a rotor(100) and a core(210). The rotor is cylindrical, wherein a hollow(132) is formed. A plurality of permanent magnets(110,120) are placed in the inner circumference of the rotor. In the inner circumference of rotor, N-pole and S-pole of permanent magnets are alternatively arranged. The rotor rotates with the external force. The core is placed in the hollow of rotor. In the outer circumference of the core, a plurality of coils are wound to generate the electricity with the rotor.
