The tool is designed for machining of deep holes by means of boring and surface plastic deformation. It may be used in the combined machining of the holes of hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders. It helps increase the machining efficiency thanks to the opportunity provided to replace its cutting plates and adjusting them without removing the entire floating cutting block, the latter being highly sensitive to any disruption of its dynamic equilibrium. The tool comprises a cutting part (C) with a self-positioning floating two-cutter block, and a deforming part (D) with deforming rollers (6) placed in a separator (8). The body (20) of the floating two-cutter block has weakened sections (23) and, through an axle (16), is connected to the cutting part (C) of the tool. For adjusting and fixing of the cutting plates (19) there are provided a cylindrical cotter (21), an adjusting screw (22) freely passing through the axle (16), and binder screws (18).
