An organic light emitting device is provided to improve a driving voltage, light emitting efficiency, and a lifetime property by using a hole injection material suitable for a fluorescence and phosphorescence device of all colors. A light emitting layer is formed between a first electrode and a second electrode. A first hole injection layer and a second hole injection layer are formed between the first electrode and the light emitting layer. An electron transfer layer is formed between the light emitting layer and the second electrode. The first hole injection layer includes a metal fluoride and a first hole injection material. A mixing ratio of the metal fluoride and the first hole injection material is 1:1 ~ 1:3. The second hole injection layer includes a molybdenum oxide and a second hole injection material. A mixing ratio of the molybdenum oxide and the second hole injection material is 1:1 ~ 1:3. The electron transfer layer includes an electron transfer material and a metal oxide. The metal oxide is lithium oxide, molybdenum oxide, barium oxide, or boron oxide.
