A running vehicle is provided to obtain a cycle to change the rear wheel inside the rotation to a driving state and a non-driving state intermittently according to the rotation angle of the rear wheel without the influence of an engine rotation or a speed. A running vehicle includes a running body, a steering handle, a steering device, a rotation interlocking device, a power transmission shaft rotation sensor, and a controller. The running vehicle has fore wheels and rear wheels. The steering device changes the direction of the fore wheel by interlocking with the operation of the steering handle. The rotation interlocking device is interlocked with the rotation operation of the steering device. The rotation interlocking device intermittently changes the power transmission shaft of the rear wheel inside the rotation to the driving state and the non-driving state by the side clutch. The power transmission shaft rotation sensor detects the number of the rotation of the power transmission shaft of the rear wheel. The controller sets the number of the rotation of the rear wheel inside the rotation by corresponding to the number of the rotation detected by the power transmission shaft rotation sensor outside the rotation. The controller controls the number of the rotation inside the rotation detected by the power transmission shaft rotation sensor to the number of the rotation based on the set rotation.
