A fabric digital band and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which enable to easily attach the digital band to the garment and forms a communication path. A manufacturing method of the fabric digital band comprises: a digital yarn preparation step(S1) for preparing digital yarn having one or more metal unit and a coating unit covering the metal unit; a vertical thread arrangement step(S2) for arranging a plurality of vertical threads having digital yarn in the first direction; and a horizontal thread discharge step(S3) in which the horizontal thread and vertical thread intersect with each other.
