A composition of body cleanser in which herbal medicine ingredient is added is provided to promote metabolism of skin, scalp, hair and prevent dermatitis such as atopic disease or athletes foot. A composition of body cleanser comprises 35-45 weight part of aloe vera gel, 30~35 weight part of anion surfactant, 4-6 weight part of herbal extract, 2-3 weight part of citric acid, 7-10 weight part of skin protecting agent, 2-3 vegetable oil, 2-4 glycerin, and 1.4-1.7 weight part of ethyl acohol. The skin protecting agent is cocamidopropyl betaine.
