A plasma display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to lower the fabrication cost by forming an upper dielectric layer, a lower dielectric layer and a partition wall without using Pb and Bi. A plasma display apparatus comprises a driving substrate supplying the driving voltage to the panel, and a tape carrier package which is a kind of the flexible substrate connecting the electrodes about each cell of the panel and the driving substrate. The panel comprises a front substrate(170), a backplane substrate(110) and a partition wall(140). The panel and the tape carrier package are physically connected by the anisotropic conductive film. The anisotropic conductive film is the conductivity resin film which is formed by the nickel(Ni) ball coated with the gold(Au). |
