The device is used for wind energy conversion. It consists of a base (1) in which a vertical rotor (2) rests with symmetrically and evenly arranged radial arms (3). Each of the ends of the arms is supplied with a vertical shaft (5), ending in its upper end by a vertical panel (6). Centrally in the rotor a vertical orienting shaft (7) is placed that ends with an orienting vane (8). Each of the shafts (5) is connected to the orienting shaft (7) by means of a respective mechanical transmission. During the rotation of the rotor, the mechanical transmission rotates the panels with a gear ratio with respect to the orienting shaft equal to 1:2 and 1:1, with a constant and inconstant angular speed, the angular speed of the rotor being constant. The mechanical transmission performs also just partial turns of the panels around one of their basic positions. In this way different planetary movements of the panels are ensured depending on the speed and nature of the wind, making the most of the wind power. |
