COMPOSITE OF BIFEO SERIES CERAMIC USING PEROVSKITE AN ADDITIVE AND FABRICATION METHOD THEREOF

A composition of the BiFeO3 ceramics using the perovoskite additive and a manufacturing method thereof are provided, which improve stability of crystallization and increase possibility of phase boundary formation. A manufacturing method of the BiFeO3 ceramics using the perovoskite additive comprises: a step for measuring Bi2O3, Fe2O3, ZnO, TiO2 powders according to the predetermined composition, mixing them, putting them into the ethanol and milling them; a step for drying the milled powder in an oven at 60-90deg.C and incinerating at 760deg.C for 2 hours; a step for re-milling the calcined powder, adding the Polyvinyl Alcohol(PVA) 5 wt% aqueous solution to the powder, mixing them, and molding them; a step of incinerating the molded product at 820deg.C for 2 hours.
