The invention relates to the processes for rendering services by means of mobile communications means, particularly of advertising services. The process for rendering advertising services using the mobile communications includes the creation at the mobile phone of the advertiser of an advertising message, encoding thereof in accordance with the advertising heading, transmission of the advertising message into the database of advertising messages of the server of the mobile communications operator, processing of the message, transmission thereof to the mobile phone of the user of advertising service by means of SMS/MMS messages, then deletion thereof from the database. The creation of the advertising message is realized service. Rendering of advertising messages includes the preliminary transmission to the mobile communications subscribers of the SMS message with the conditions of connection to the mobile advertising service, also including the code of connection to the mobile advertising service and the codes of advertising message headings, the connection to the mobile advertising service, registration of the user by the number of the mobile phone, introduction thereof into the database of the users together with the information about the selected codes of the advertising message headings, encoding of the advertising message with the response code, transmission of the encoded message to the user, transmission by the user to the mobile advertising service of the response code, transmission to the user of the information about the bonus grant. The registration of the user of the mobile advertising service is realized by the number of the mobile phone and the codes of the ordered advertising headings. As response code serves a random nonrepeatable set of letters and numbers, permitting to exclude the repeated obtaining of the bonus for the answer to the same advertising message. The result of the invention consists in the operative rendering of advertising services, expansion of the circle of advertisers, in the address advertising, in increasing the activity of users of the mobile advertising service, the protection of the mobile advertising service and the efficiency of the advertising services.
