A height control pillow is provided, which enables to have sound sleep and heightens simplicity and practicality about the height control of the pillow. A height control pillow comprises: a top body(10) and a bottom body(20) which are made of elastic material and are shaped to be divided into the top and bottom; and a height adjustment member(30) which is installed between the bottom body of the top body and controls the height. The height adjustment member is formed by fixing a turn buckle member(33) to the control plate(34) up and down. The height adjustment matter is installed at each corner. |
