A conveyor control device of an arrange table and a method thereof are provided to improve effectiveness of product operation by stopping one or more conveyor independently based on a signal by detecting a state of a rolling product. A conveyor control device of an arrange table comprises an input part(50), a work conveyor sensor(21), a control part(30), and a conveyor actuating unit(60). An input signal is inputted on the input part. The work conveyor sensor is installed at the conveyor. The work conveyor sensor detects the presence of a rolling product. The control part transmits a control signal based on the detected signal in the work conveyor sensor. The conveyor actuating unit drives one or more conveyor according to the control signal.
