Implant cleaning device and method are provided, which enable to remove the residue remaining after the surface treatment of implant and automatically can perform process from cleaning to drying. An implant cleaning device comprises: a loading unit(130) transferring a jig basket(110) in which an implant jig in which a plurality of implants are arranged is received in one side; a plurality of cleaning chambers in which the implant of the jig basket is cleaned by vacuum and ultrasonic wave; a main frame(140) in which a plurality of drying chambers are equipped in a row; a transport module(190) loading jig baskets on a plurality of cleaning chambers or drying chambers; a door module which is equipped in the main frame and opens and closes the cleaning chamber or the drying chamber; and an exhausting part(230) ejecting jig baskets to the outer side of main frame.
