An organic light emitting display device and processing method image signals thereof are provided to reduces the amount of the input current and reduce the power consumption. The organic light emitting diode comprises the display panel(300) and signal processing unit(650). The display panel has the first color, the second color, and the third color and white related pixels. The unit for treating signal receives the respective input video signals corresponding to pixels. The signal processing unit produces 4 colors of two dots. The signal processing unit produces the part coefficient of expansion. The signal processing unit produces 4 color output video signals of two dots.
