The invention concerns the mining, in particular the underground development of useful mineral of the flat seam on the deep depth and can be used in the development of Gremyachensky deposit of potash salt (Kotelnikovsky region Volgograd district). The object of the present invention is to increase the efficiency of the useful minerals development of the underground method due to the term decrease and expenses on the excavation of useful mineral of the flat formation. The solution to this task is reached by the way that during the underground development in the method of the opening of useful mineral of the flat formation the deep depth and unstable ground granting in bottom of formation, for example), including deepening of vertical shaft (skip and cage) till the surface of the seam, workings of the shaft inset are situated in the standing ground of the top of bed, storage hopper- upper of the shaft inset and the cell on the calculation value, sump part of each mine shaft, including loading and measuring installation of skip shaft- on the calculated distance lower than the low mark of the shaft inset.
