An apparatus for generating input signal, an input system, and a method using the same are provided to input a large amount of information while minimizing power consumption by inputting information through identifying information generated in a signal generator. According to the inputted control signal, a signal generator(110) generates a reference signal and ultrasonic signal. According to the manipulation of user, the information input unit(140) generates the information inputted by the user. According to the kind of the information inputted from the information input unit, a signal generation controller(120) outputs the time period generating the control signal to the signal generator.
