A simple chair is provided, which enables to receive belongings or clothes of a seat occupant and maintains the stacked state stably. A simple chair comprises: a seat plate(11) and a leg(12) which are separately formed with each other; and a container(13) integrally formed with the leg. The seat plate is formed in the circular lid shape. The seat plate is usable as a tray in the state of being flipped over. The metal sheet is adhered to the lower-part of the seat plate to make seat plate used as a tray. The leg is formed into the shape of the cylindrical body. The container is installed at the inner center of the leg.
