The invention relates to medicine, in particular to diagnostics and can be used for early diagnostics of organism endogenous intoxication. There proposed early diagnostics of an organism endogenous intoxication in prodromal or incubation disease period, when any clinical disease manifestation or changes in biochemical analysis of blood plasma are absent. A method of early diagnostics of an organism endogenous intoxication is based on determination of protein, glucose, cholesterol, urea, creatine and bilirubin content in blood plasma with additional determination of said organic substances content in lavages from erythrocyte membrane surface. Wherein the absolute amount of said organic substances in lavages from the erythrocyte membrane surface must exceed: for protein – 20.5±1.5 g/l, glucose – 2.0±0.2 mmol/l, cholesterol – 2.3±0.2 mmol/l, urea – 1.9±0.3 mmol/l, creatine – 36.4±1.0 mkml/l and bilirubin – 23.1 – 0.8 mkmol/l and the summed amount of said organic substances in lavages from the erythrocyte membrane surface must exceed: for protein – 94.25±1.9 g/l, glucose – 6.8±0.3 mmol/l, cholesterol –6.8±0.3 mmol/l, urea –7.0±0.4 mmol/l, creatine – 125.8±2.8 mkml/l and bilirubin – 25.1±1.2 mkmol/l, after which there determined the rate of content of said organic substances in lavages from erythrocyte membrane surface to the their content in the blood plasma, and if values exceed for: protein above 0.280±0.05 g/l, glucose above 0.426±0.05 mmol/l, choletirol above 0.511±0.05 mmol/l, urea above 0.373±0.04 mmol/l, creatine above 0.412±0.04 mkmol/l and bilirubin above 1.101±0.07 mkmol/l, endogenous intoxication of an organism is diagnosed. |
