The invention relates to oil mechanical engineering and, particularly can be used as a mechanical drive of well pumps in oil recovery. Proposed construction of the mechanical drive of the well pumps is carried out as two crank-type slide mechanismswith planetary gears, with gear wheels rigidly fixed on a body of the reduction gear coaxially with sliding bearings and planetary rollers mounted on the crank. The multistep reduction gear having the transmission ratio at least 1:243 is placed on the drive and driven shafts, wherein the driven shaft with the rigidly fixed gear wheel is connected to the cranks, and the drive shaft is fastened to a pulley of a two-shoe brake with one end, and to a motor shaft through a driven pulley of a texrope drive with the other end. The total number of the reduction gear steps exceed by more than one step the total number of two-crowned blocks of gears located along the whole length of the drive and driven shafts with a possibility of free rotation round the axes of the corresponding shafts forming the double sliding bearing. One of the slide blocks is provided with the force-measuring two-section pieze-transformer, which first section with a possibility of the ultrasonic vibrations excitation is fastened to a resonator placed under a shoe of a connecting rod and is connected to an ultrasonic frequency generator, and second section with a feedback circuit through a voltage amplifier and a comparator is connected to the entrance of a thyristor voltage regulator which outlet is connected to the phase winding of an induction motor connected to a three-phase network of alternating voltage. |
