A semiconductor package tray transferring apparatus is provided to cut down the manpower and the manufacturing cost by loading and unloading the sorter automatically. The Y-axis driving actuator is installed at the X-axis driving actuator to move perpendicularly to the movement of the X-axis driving actuator. A hoist(30) is installed at the Y-axis driving actuator. A hoist belt(39) of the plural strands is installed at the hoist. A hoist hand(40) is installed to hang on the hoist belt. A gripper(42) is installed at the hoist hand to be gripped. A hoist gusset plate(32) is connected to the Y-axis driving actuator and horizontally hangs.
