A reflector and a light emitting device are provided to obtain the reflector having the reflectivity which is excellent about the light ray of the visible light area by maintaining the excellent heat resistance of the liquid crystalline polyester. A reflector is made of the liquid crystalline polyester and the resin composition including the silica-based filler having the content of 85 weight % or greater of the titanium oxide filler and the silicon oxide. The silica-based filler is materially the spherical shape. The silica-based filler and the titanium oxide filler are materially the spherical shape. The reflector contains the inorganic filler of 5 to 100 weight %. The light emitting device comprises the reflector and the light emitting device. The light emitting device is the light emitting diode.
