The invention relates to processes of desulfurization of synthetic rubbers with simultaneous measurement of catalyst suspension electroconductivity for controlling sulfur content in rubber. The inventive result is aimed at enhancing catalyst activity and rate of rubber desulfurization, as well as acceleration time of sulfur content in rubber solution is characterized in that according to the invention in the process of desulfurization of synthetic rubbers on a skeleton catalyst comprising nickel and aluminum and further comprising molybdenum with the following catalyst composition, wt%: nickel 35-45, aluminum 45-50, molybdenum – remainder. Catalyst suspension electroconductivity is measured for controlling sulfur content in rubber. According to the second embodiment the synthetic rubber is desulfurized on skeleton catalyst comprising cobalt and molybdenum with the following catalyst composition, wt%: cobalt 35-46, aluminum 45-50, molybdenum – remainder. Wherein catalyst suspension electroconductivity is measured for controlling sulfur content in rubber. |
