<p>The invention relates to a multistage centrifugal extractor in counter-flow, meant for liquid-liquid systems subjected to extraction, consisting of a cylindrical casing positioned horizontally or vertically and having inside an enclosure (e) wherein, on a rotating axle (6) there are alternatively placed three or more separating stages, each stage comprising a separating element (8) and a mixing element (15), and at the ends of the rotating axle (6) there is a separating end element (9 and 11), the separating element (8) being a metallic disk, with a thickness ranging between 100 and 400 mm and having a number of wedge-shaped cut-outs (m), and the mixing element (15) being a metallic disk fastened on the casing and provided with a central circular slot (l) and with at least six elongated slots, located in the peripheral side, as a circle, the end separating elements (9 and 11) being dynamically sealed with frontal sleeves (10 and 12) provided with sealing edges (e and f, respectively) and with a system for pressing the same on the adjacent rotor, consisting of a pushing pin (16), a spring (17) and a regulation plug (18).</p> |
