A skin beauty apparatus is provided, which has the high frequency electro-stimulation and the low output laser irradiation function capable of promoting the massage effect of the skin and enables to efficiently disassemble subcutaneous fat. A skin beauty apparatus comprises: a main body(1) which is connected to the external vacuum generation apparatus and in which the loading space part in which the lower part is opened is formed; a holder part which is mounted on the loading space part(3) of the main body and is equipped with a vacuum formation space and is connected through the external vacuum generation apparatus and conduit line; a pair of rollers(27,31) which deliver the high frequency electro-stimulation to the skin; a motor(17) which is installed at the upper part of the holder part and delivers the power to the roller; and a power transmission which is installed in the side of the holder part, slows down the driving force of the motor, and delivers it to roller; and a laser-irradiation irradiating the low output laser.
