The invention relates to oil pollution elimination, formed to oil or oil products pouring on soil and can be used for soil reclamation, processing of oil-slimes and refused drilling fluids for separation of oil and oil products therefrom.The invention is aimed at a method simplification, improvement of labor productivity, lesser power consumption and providing to produce a target product and characterized in that the method of processing oil-polluted soils, drilling cuttings, oil-slimes or refused comprising separation of feed product into flowing and precipitating phases in a tank and washing out the separated phases, the precipitating phase is mixed and transported by a screw conveyor and further separate into solid and liquid fractions in a decanter by a centrifugal force, wherein the flowing phase is cleaned from mechanical pollutants and desalinated to obtain tank oil and/or oil products.A container is placed in the tank to collect large mechanical impurities.The solid fraction from the decanter is burnt in a furnace or subjected to a biological treatment.When separating, the feed material is heated to 90°C.The flowing phase is cleaned from mechanical impurities in a settling tank separated by a partition and a barrier for settling impurities before the barrier and discharging the purified product via an overflow formed between the partition and the barrier.After the desalination the tank oil and/or oil products are subjected to centrifugal decantation for an additional impurities removal.Prior to the desalination, steam is supplied tangentially to the purified product. |
