The technical result of the invention is in practical realization of a highly effective remineralization composition using available and cheap components. Said composition owing to a lack of fluoride can be recommended to patients with signs of fluorosis, diseases of endocrine system for prophylaxis of caries and non-carious lesions. The composition comprises acceptable active components and inert components. Among the active components the composition comprises a complex consisting of sources of magnesium, sodium, silicon and potassium elements in an amount of 1-11 mass %. The ratio of atomic masses of magnesium, sodium, silicon and potassium elements of the active components complex correspondingly is 21.3:9.3:1.67:1. Magnesium chloride or magnesium glycerophosphate, or magnesium citrate is used as the source of magnesium element. Sodium chloride or sodium silicate are used as the sources of sodium element. Sodium metasilicate or potassium metasilicate are used as the sources of silicon element, and potassium silicate is used as the source of potassium element.
