#CMT# #/CMT# The device (1) has driving units rotatably driving a brush (10) around a rotation axis (X-X). The brush has clipped groups (20) of brushing filaments (22), which are distributed in spaced manner along a direction peripheral to the axis. The filaments of each group have a curved longitudinal section to collectively define an extrados bulged in a brush driving direction (R). The extrados has a cleaning surface to tap and sweep a textile covering, when the brush is driven by the units. The filaments are made of abrasive particles e.g. aluminum oxide or silicon carbide particles, loaded nylon. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method for fabricating a brush for a cleaning device. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Device for cleaning a textile covering i.e. carpet, in a cab interior of a motor vehicle (all claimed) e.g. car. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The cleaning surface of the extrados, which is formed by the curved sections of the brushing filaments, taps and sweeps the textile covering, when the brush is rotatably driven by the driving units, thus cleaning the rubbish in the covering in an efficient, economical and rapid manner, without the risk of damage of the covering.
