An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly form a light emitting layer by forming a part of the light emitting layer in a gap between a barrier rib and a concave part of a first electrode. A first electrode(191) is formed on a substrate. The first electrode includes a concave part(193). A barrier rib(361) is formed on the first electrode. An opening part is formed on the barrier rib in order to expose the concave part of the first electrode. An organic light emitting member(370) is formed inside the opening part of the barrier rib and the concave part of the first electrode. A second electrode(270) is formed on the barrier rib and the organic light emitting member. A gap(260) is formed between a bottom part of the barrier rib and the concave part of the first electrode. The organic light emitting member includes a hole transfer layer and a light emitting layer. A part of the hole transfer layer and a part of the light emitting layer are positioned in the gap.
