A scrap discharge apparatus of a steam generator for oven is provided to remove scraps from the heating chamber readily by opening and then closing the valve of the discharge pipe exposed outside. A scrap discharge apparatus of a steam generator for oven comprises a heating chamber(20), a discharge pipe(23), and a valve(24). The heating chamber has an inclined surface(22) on the bottom in which the discharge pipe is attached. When the heating chamber is installed a deck(12) outside a cooking chamber, the free end of the discharge pipe vertically penetrates the deck. The valve is installed on the discharge pipe protruding from the deck, and manipulated to open and close the discharge pipe.
