STIFFENER AND METHOD OF REPAIRING PLUMB USING THE SAME WITHOUT EXCAVATION

A reinforcing member for a structure consisting of basalt textile and resin and a pipeline repairing method using the same without excavation are provided to prevent damage to a pipeline of a part which is repaired in case of repairing a damaged part of a pipeline inner wall. A pipeline repairing method using a reinforcing member for a structure consisting of basalt textile and resin without excavation comprises following steps. The outer circumference of a bonder(20) inserted inside a pipeline(200) is surrounded with a reinforcing member(10). The bonder surrounded with the reinforcing member is inserted into the pipeline. The gas is injected into the bonder and the bonder is distended. The reinforcing member adheres closely to the inner wall of the pipeline. The inner pressure of bonder is maintained for a certain time to hard the polyurethane resin(1) of the reinforcing member adhering closely to the inner wall of the pipeline. The reinforcing member comprises the polyurethane resin and the basalt textile(2) dipped into the polyurethane resin. The polyurethane resin comprises diisocyanate and hardener.
