A cervical spine correction device is provided, which enables to adjust gap according to the physical condition of a user and perform massage on the cervical spine both sides and rear part of the user. A cervical spine correction device comprises: a main body having the form coming into contact with the side and back of cervical spine of the neck; an acupressure tool(100) which is received inside the main body, is arranged to be isolated and symmetrical to be in contact with both sides of the neck, and presses both sides of the upper part of the neck using a drive member; and a rotation acupressure tool(300) which is arranged between the both side acupressure tools to be isolated from each other and is rotated by a rotating member and presses the cervical spine rear part of the neck.
