A molding apparatus of spiral pipe and a molding method thereof are provided to conveniently connect two coils maintaining the tightness by installing a separate proof structure in a connection part. A molding apparatus and a molding method for sticking a synthetic resin to both end part exterior of coil are as follows. An inner mold pipe(14) is set up between upper and lower part molds(12,13). Upper and lower part mold are opened and the end part of coil is inserted into in mold pipe. The horizontal of coil is maintained by supporting the back-end of coil to balancer. The fused synthetic resin is prepared for. One synthetic resin puts on the inner surface of the low die. It places the synthetic resin of the other one on coil. While the upper mold being fixed and raising the low die to the top, in mold pipe is together pushed and raised to the upper mold. The synthetic resin is thickly stick to the terminal outside of coil.
